Pricing Analyst

Pricing Analyst – • Manages all aspects of responses to requests for quotes, Tenders, and bids pertaining to ocean accounts. The role's primary focus is quotations for all exports and Asia Pacific trade imports; • Arranges for intermodal transport; • Works with Global and U.S. regional teams to represent the needs and interests of the U.S. in any requests for quotes discussions as needed; • Maintains all records of completed and pending requests for quotes and measurements of pricing awards; • Utilize financial tools required to assess customer profitability and decision-making better; • Utilize and maintain reporting/data integrity for both internal and external reporting needs; • Partner with all departments to maintain pricing sheets on main lanes for ocean freight for quick turnaround of quotes that encourage higher sale values, conversation rates, margin rates, and customer satisfaction. Bachelor’s Degree in social communication, advertising, marketing, or similar area, 36 months of experience required as a Pricing Analyst. Skills Required: Outstanding Intermodal experience; Functional know-how in ocean/logistics/customs brokerage/ supply-chain management; Knowledge about markets & competitors, trends & challenges for our industry; Knowledge of ocean freight shipment sailings from Asia to the United States and Latin America; Dynamic leadership skills, proactive decision-making, and drive results; Strong organization and project management skills, including the ability to meet demanding, evolving, and often competing deadlines; Ability to Work cross-functionally throughout departments to prioritize pricing request responses; Spanish, Portuguese. Italian is a plus; Freight Forwarding; Ability to Communicate with Offices Overseas, especially in Italy, Brazil, India, the United States, and the South America. Full-time. US$ 60,736/year.
