Duties and Responsibilities:
Enrollment Management & Student Affairs (EMSA) Coordinator
Under the direction of the Enrollment Management & Student Affairs (EMSA) Associate Provost, the EMSA Coordinator plans, organizes, manages, and executes primary tasks for several areas within the Enrollment Management & Student Affairs Division. The EMSA Coordinator role is interdisciplinary in nature and works under broad, administrative direction with significant responsibility for assigned areas, such as student financial support, AUM's Call Center, Global Initiatives, Enrollment Management, Student Affairs, student orientations, student recruitment and retention events.
EMSA Coordinator:
Bachelor's degree
The successful candidate must be a passionate and energetic, self-motivated team player with sound judgment, management and problem-solving skills, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Enrollment Management & Student Affairs (EMSA) Coordinator
Under the direction of the Enrollment Management & Student Affairs (EMSA) Associate Provost, the EMSA Coordinator plans, organizes, manages, and executes primary tasks for several areas within the Enrollment Management & Student Affairs Division. The EMSA Coordinator role is interdisciplinary in nature and works under broad, administrative direction with significant responsibility for assigned areas, such as student financial support, AUM's Call Center, Global Initiatives, Enrollment Management, Student Affairs, student orientations, student recruitment and retention events.
EMSA Coordinator:
- Applies university policies, procedures, and practices as appropriate to assist units within the Enrollment Management & Student Affairs division.
- Assists in the coordination of student enrollment functions within the division such as admissions processing, tours for prospective students and parents, financial aid support, and recruitment and retention activities.
- Assists with the entry and review of critical student data into Banner and other platforms to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity.
- Assists with student recruitment and retention campaigns by contacting current and prospective students via mail, email, phone, and other digital platforms.
- Acts as a liaison between students or departments and colleges across campus as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support the Enrollment Management & Student Affairs mission
- Demonstrate ability to follow set policies and procedures, including the safeguard of confidential material and FERPA guidelines.
- Adhere to university guidelines in daily work.
- Ability to engage students and potential students seeking enrollment at AUM.
- Ability to manage files and records.
- Demonstrate thoughtful and appropriate oral and written communication in daily interactions.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate respect for students in all interactions.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications including Banner, and various database and software programs.
