Full-time position (Sunday Night to Friday Morning)

$1500 sign on bonus $500 at 3 months, $500 at 6 months, $500 one year. Full-Time Positions

Do you have a passion and ability for working with troubled youth? Cedar Ridge is currently seeking to fill a position in our Residential program for an Overnight Awake Residential Youth Counselor

The ONA is a direct line staff position in Faith Cottage that is supervised by the Cottage Manager while daily direction is given by the Lead Cottage Residential Youth Counselor . The ONA is responsible to provide security and consistent supervision of residents during the night, assist other Child Care Staff with the morning routine, and complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, pass a detailed background investigation, have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record, and must become RCYCP Certified if not already qualified.
