Associate Litigation Attorney

A reputable, fast-growing law firm practicing employment law is seeking to fill a full-time Associate Litigation Attorney in its West Los Angeles (Westwood) office. We are seeking confident, energetic, and sharp attorneys who are quick thinkers and creative litigators for aggressive, fast-paced litigation.

Duties and Responsibilities: Handle wage and hour Class/PAGA actions from inception through conclusion.

Work Arrangement: On-site preferred; may consider hybrid on-site/remote

License Requirements: Active California State Bar license required, with no disciplinary history.

General Skills Required: Superior oral advocacy skills, experience, and confidence; great analytical and critical thinking skills; attention to detail; honesty; dependability; ability to follow instructions and/or work independently; very computer savvy.

Computer Skills Preferred: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Apple Operating System, Clio, other software.

Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken & written). Spanish is a plus.
