Pre-Roll Production Technician

Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and assemble pre-rolls according to company standards and procedures
- Operate machinery and equipment for the production of pre-rolls
- Ensure accurate weighing and measuring of cannabis materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure product consistency and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management and tracking of materials
- Complete necessary documentation and recordkeeping accurately and in a timely manner

Salary

$16 - $18 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be 21 years or older and pass any required pre-employment screenings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic math skills for accurate weighing and measuring
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict compliance regulations
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 pounds

Desired Skills

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Knowledge of cannabis strains and products
- Familiarity with state and local regulations related to cannabis production
- Understanding of quality control processes and procedures
- Experience operating machinery and equipment used in pre-roll production
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices
