Internal Residency Program Director
FSU COM/TMH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Medicine Residency Program Director to lead our accredited residency program. The Program Director will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of the Internal Medicine residency, ensuring its alignment with national accreditation standards and fostering an environment of excellence in education.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee the daily operations of the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
* Develop and implement curriculum, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements.
* Lead the recruitment, evaluation, and mentoring of residents.
* Provide guidance and support to faculty members involved in the residency program.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for residents.
* Collaborate with healthcare institutions for clinical rotations and educational experiences.
* Participate in strategic planning for the growth and improvement of the residency program.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with ACGME and other relevant accreditation standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must hold or be able to obtain a valid and unrestricted medical license from the State of Florida
* Shall have completed an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine
* Shall be certified/maintain certification with the American Board of Internal Medicine
* 3-5 years of Family Medicine education, leadership, and/or administrative experience, preferably as a Director, Associate Director, Site Director, or Core Faculty member of an Internal Medicine Residency Training Program.
