The City of Frisco Emergency Communications Center is looking for highly motivated individuals to become part of our team as a Senior Emergency Communications Officer.
Salary: Depends on Qualifications
In addition to learning the skills of an Emergency Communications Officer, a Senior Emergency Communications Officer will also:
- Serve as the first line supervisor in the absence of the Emergency Communications Supervisor.
- work directly with line level personnel in order to assist with coordinating operations of the Emergency Communications Center during assigned shift.
- provide guidance for shift personnel.
- Assists with duties required for accreditation process.
- Promote positive work environments
- Encourage teamwork
Other Important Duties:
- Monitor several police, fire, and city radios as required.
- Required to attend meetings, conferences, and training.
- Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work hours is essential.

Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Three (3) years progressively responsible emergency communications experience in police, fire, and EMS
- Must be able to work shift work
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holiday
