Jackson County Maintenance Person
Must have a high school diploma, and 3 - 5 years of experience in construction or building maintenance; with considerable knowledge of carpentry, mechanical and electrical systems.
Starting salary: $25,585.00/year
Under general supervision, performs unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled work in the maintenance and repair of county buildings, grounds, and facilities. Work involves the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment and performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks requiring knowledge of building trade skills. Work involves performing work in one or more building trades, such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or painting. The employee also performs grounds maintenance. Reports to Maintenance Superintendent
