Jefferson City Housing Authority is seeking a full time Maintenance Tech II. $13-$16/hour based on experience, benefits applicable after trial period. Work associated with the job includes performing a variety of maintenance repair assignments depending upon seasonal and workload demands. Must possess sufficient strength and agility to perform the physically demanding aspects of the job in a variety of weather conditions. Incumbents must live withing a 20-minute drive of the housing office and are subject to being called out in the event of maintenance related emergencies. A valid TN driver’s license is required.
