The Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time Solid Waste Director: One Position.
The successful candidate must evidence a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the field of Public Works including three (3) years in a responsible supervisory capacity position. A comparable amount of training, education or experience may be substituted for the above minimum qualifications. The Director is responsible for departmental administration of the Solid Waste Department and The Code Enforcement Program. Responsible for direct administration and/or supervision of both Solid Waste and Code Enforcement Staff Members. Reports directly to the County Coordinator.
