Responsibilities

• Research and plan vacations to destinations around the world for our clients.
• Ask clients relative questions and consult with them.
• Interact with our travel partners (cruise lines/tour companies).
• Reserve the trips taking care of all of the details.
• Follow through to make sure the trip goes well.
• Building a client base of leisure travelers by exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Weekday shifts (8:30AM-5:30 PM)
• Travel Advisor experience or a track record of Great Customer Service.
• Sales oriented.
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Must pay attention to details.
• Great problem-solving skills
• Excellent phone skills, active listening, and issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
• Strong computer skills.
• Work well under pressure and with time constraints, maintaining composure.
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize well.
• Team player
• Willing to make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Willing to do personal marketing to friends and family.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Salary Range: $18-21 per hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range and is determined by several factors that may include but are not limited to candidate experience, skills, education and training, licenses, and certifications or needs of the organization. Full-time roles will also qualify for our total benefits package offered by Morris Columbus Travel.
