Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner

This is a full-time position joining a large pediatric pulmonary and sleep medicine practice as a nurse practitioner. In your role, you will be working with children up to the age of 21 years of age with pulmonary, allergy and sleep disorders in a dynamic and professionally rewarding environment.

In the practice you will have access to state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and a support team that will assist you. You will also be working with a team on 11 physicians and 8 nurse practitioners all working in harmony.

The job hours are typical hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm and with shared telephone call responsibility with the rest of the members of the group.

Providers are assigned scribes to aid with documentation but have the option of not using one should they prefer. All documentation of clinical visits is expected to be completed within 24 hours.

APRN Licensed/willing to be licensed to work in the state of Florida.

Must be hardworking and committed to subspecialty pediatric care. While experience in either pediatric pulmonary or sleep medicine would be appreciated, they are not necessary. We expect to teach/train our own APRN's in the specialty and as such require an APRN that is willing to learn and study.
