Assistant Professor of Accounting
Northern State University's School of Business is accepting applications for a tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor of Accounting.
Qualifications:
The candidate will have a Ph.D. or D.B.A degree with an emphasis in Accounting from an accredited university. CPA certification is preferred. ABDs with completion dates before August 15, 2020 will be considered. Experience with analytics and international business would be an asset.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be able to teach face-to-face and online graduate and undergraduate courses in areas such as accounting, accounting analytics, auditing, income tax, and related subjects; serve as an academic advisor at both the undergraduate and graduate level; engage in scholarly activity, and provide service to the university and the wider community.
