Litigation Attorney

Our docket is comprised of a wide variety of negligence cases and we take pride in outstanding results getting justice for some of the most vulnerable members of our society. We maintain a selective docket and have solid staffing, which enables us to provide excellent legal services to our clients.

Here, you'll be able to polish all litigation and trial skills from drafting of legal documents, answering and objecting to discovery, taking and defending depositions, performing legal research, arguing motions in court, conducting investigative tasks, participating at trials, conducting and leading case strategy, effectuating settlement disbursements, and more.

Depending on qualifications, the attorney will have a number of managerial/supervisory duties.

Qualifications: 3-5 years of practice. Trial experience a plus, but not required. Spanish speaker preferred.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, comprehensive benefits package, excellent bonuses, significant litigation experience and exposure to the trial lawyer communities and associations in Texas; hybrid work set up with two days a week remote guaranteed.
