Job Summary

This position exists to support the successful configuration and operation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Slate), with a specific focus on the development and execution of the technical components outside of IT’s scope of work of the Slate platform and day-to-day functionality including but not limited to: security roles, workflows, forms, template libraries, rules, annual cycle prep tasks, query logic, reports, data integrations, dashboards and portal configurations.

Authority and Accountability

This position reports to the Associate Director of Admissions and does not have any direct reports, no budgetary responsibility nor authority.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer or Information Science or a related field and 1-3 years of some specialized non-technical skills. It also requires a minimum of one year of experience in configuring, developing and implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or other related system. The position does not require a professional license or certificate.

Preferred Qualifications

The preferred qualification is experience working in higher education. A desired qualification is experience working in admissions.
