ASSISTANT CLINICAL DIRECTOR
The Charlton School is a small, clinically focused, therapeutic residential and day NYS approved 853 school that supports the development of self-regulatory skills for female students in grades 8-12.
The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for oversight and direct involvement in the planning and supervision of all clinical services. The Assistant Clinical Director provides supervision to therapists, as well as training for administrators, teachers and staff, focusing on topics that increase overall program efficacy and support our evidenced-based treatment framework. The Assistant Clinical Director reports to and works with the Clinical Director on all decisions related to clinical interventions and programming.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related licensure required.
- Ability to relate professionally to a wide range of individuals including staff, adolescents and their families, referring agencies and various treatment providers.
- Supervision experience necessary.
- Valid Driver's License required.
