Advertising Sales Executive

The Herald in Sharon, PA is looking for a full time Advertising Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year sales experience. This position works with business clients in a designated geographic area to match their goals and needs to our portfolio of multi-platform marketing products.

The Job Responsibilities: * Seeks business opportunities by identifying prospects. * Conduct a needs analysis to determine what products best fit the client’s goals. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. * Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.. * Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. * Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. * Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and be a self-motivated. Digital sales considered a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age, have reliable transportation. Compensation plan includes a base pay plus commissions.
