We're looking for a driven associate attorney with 3 years' experience in personal injury to join our growing team.

An associate Personal Injury Attorney will ultimately have the responsibility of independently managing all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to completion. You will work closely with the firm's partners assisting on a variety of cases. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing an evaluation of claims including a proposed litigation strategy
  • Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
  • Conducting legal research and analysis on various legal issues
  • Reviewing policies, claims, and other records
  • Negotiating settlements in the pre-litigation stage
  • Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Preparing and reviewing legal correspondence and documentation
  • Representing clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
  • Maintaining accurate and organized case files
  • Building relationships with clients; demonstrate compassion and empathy
  • Marketing firm services in the community as required

3-5 Years of Experience as a Personal Injury Attorney is required. Must be a Florida licensed attorney in good standing with Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history.

  • Can handle personal injury cases autonomously
  • Must have knowledge of federal and state statues, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures that apply to personal injury practice in Florida
