AST/ASO/FULL PROFESSOR

The Department of Surgery, Division of Pediatric Surgery at the University of Florida, College of Medicine is recruiting a faculty member at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor on a non-tenure or tenure-accruing track, dependent on qualifications. Responsibilities will include education and training of medical students and residents in the area of pediatric surgery. This position will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to the development of an academic career through research, teaching, and clinical practice. The Division of Pediatric Surgery has been active at the University of Florida since 1967, and boasts a robust practice, which covers the breadth of pediatric surgical conditions. We receive support from a world-class department of Pediatrics with all subspecialists and critical care providers represented. In addition, we are the first fellowship training program in the state of Florida.

Salary is negotiable based upon education and experience.

This position requires a MD degree or equivalent and board certification or eligibility in pediatric surgery.
