Job Summary

The Center for Innovation in Population Health ( IPH Center) is seeking an Implementation Facilitator to work with the Kentucky Association of Counties technical advisor and other policymaker liaisons to implement opioid reduction-related evidence-based practices (EBPs) prioritized by local leaders in partner criminal legal system, health, and social service agencies. This is a grant-funded, 1-year role.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Candidates must possess a strong relationship building skill set, have excellent collaboration, communication (oral & written), initiative, emotional intelligence, and process improvement skills.
