Job Summary

The Gatton College of Business and Economics' Professional Resource Center is currently recruiting for a Director of Professional Graduate Programs Recruitment. Individual will be responsible for:
• developing and managing recruitment programs
• scheduling and participating in campus visits with candidates
• developing a comprehensive, strategic marketing plan through social media to reach potential students

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years of experience in recruiting, preferably at the college or graduate level. An MBA or other graduate degree is preferred for this position along with 4 years of professional employment in education, admissions, recruitment, or client relations. The qualified applicant will also possess the following skills:

The Gatton College of Business and Economics is nearing its 100th anniversary. Over that time, we have been preparing principled leaders for the global economy, producing high quality, influential research, and supporting economic growth in Kentucky and beyond. Accredited by the AACSB, Gatton proudly offers a full range of undergraduate, graduate and professional business and economics degrees and certificates in both a face to face an online format. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Budgeting

Demonstrated proficiency with the development and implementation of a social media marketing program and experience with a customer relationship management system.
