Primarily Monday through Friday from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, with flexibility to work some evenings/weekends as needed.
Job Summary
The Patient Experience Specialist will provide support and guidance to achieving patient experience goals across the UKHC enterprise. This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating standard trainings and unit/clinic specific trainings, and must be comfortable speaking in front of a group. This position also analyzes patient experience data, develops and distributes reports, coaches staff and faculty on communication best practices, supports patient experience award distribution, co-coordinates the UKHC BRIC Academy, and supports efforts to grow the Peer Mentor program.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong attention to detail, highly developed interpersonal/communication & organizational skills, and Microsoft Office applications experience.

Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
