Provide high quality customer service to patients, departments, insurance companies & other entitles who require our services, by working the IDX patient accounts systems for both UP & HPA. This service is provided via the ACD phone system or face to face in a Customer Service Office. Work written patient correspondence. Update registration bad addresses and mail returns in the account system. Represent MU Healthcare by providing high quality customer service.

DAYS, M- F

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or the equivalent.
Three years of customer service and or clerical experience is required. Education may be substituted in lieu of experience.
Ability to operate a personal computer is necessary.
The ability to type may be necessary depending upon the position.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous call center experience. Be able to receive and convey written/verbally communicated information. Ability to remain seated at work for most of the working shift if required to meet responsibilities and be able to work without direct supervision as necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $13.91 - $21.18 Hourly
Grade: PAT-3A
