Min: $5,315 - Mid: $7,235 per month |

Job Description: |
Directly supervises skilled and unskilled employees in the performance of fleet maintenance activities. Ensures subordinate productivity and compliance with VIA policies, procedures, and standards. Manages a varying workload and resource availability to meet rigid service quotas and objectives in a high intensity environment. Works continuously to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the fleet maintenance programs. Develops knowledge and skills of subordinate employees. Oversees shift safety and environmental programs. |

Education and Experience: |
High School or equivalent, plus additional related training equal to 2 years of college and at least 5 years’ experience in a fleet/equipment maintenance operation or an equivalent combination. Must have at least three (3) ASE certifications that directly relate to VIA equipment or must obtain within 6 months of being in the position. |
