JOB SUMMARY
WorkSource is currently hiring for property owned and managed by an almost 200-year-old international charitable organization. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who can join a team that maintains the property and grounds of a 200-unit apartment complex in the Grandview area.
Shift/Pay: M-F 8am-5pm $16 an hour.
JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITES
- Manage routine and preventative maintenance schedules
- Complete maintenance requests reported from tenants, prioritizing appropriately
- Responsible for maintenance schedules, work orders, apartment turnovers, grounds keeping and more
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITES:
- Prefer 5 years experience in construction and/or property management.
- Knowledge and proficiency in building related skills and trades
- Ability to work irregular and extended hours when required
- Must pass all applicable background checks
