Associate Orthodontist- Ownership Potential

Associate w/ Quick Path to Partnership! We are a well-established and well-known Orthodontic practice located throughout the Charlotte, NC area with 5 convenient locations: Concord, Davidson, Harrisburg, Mooresville and Huntersville. Our practice strives to be clinically up-to-date and provide the highest quality of care in a fun and friendly environment! State-of-the-art facilities and equipment. Current owners are both ABO Board-Certified Orthodontists!

Compensation:

• Minimum $1300/day
• Start Bonuses
• Collection-Based Compensation for Ancillary Procedures Completed (Extractions, Exposures, Gingival Recontouring, Frenectomies, MOPs, etc)
• 401k
• Annual CE compensation

Ownership Potential

• Looking for a self-motivated and entrepreneurial-spirited individual to become 33% partner at 2 locations within our organization (Mooresville/Huntersville)

• Graduate from US orthodontic residency
• Board-Eligible
• Competent in both conventional mechanics and Clear Aligner Therapies
• Minimal Travel between 2 Locations
